At the end of January, Jakub participated in a 4-day intensive Train the Trainer workshop for the new ACCA exam, Strategic Business Leader. It was interesting to compare notes with other professionals from around Europe and beyond – the teaching approaches, available materials, course structures… We also spent a lot of time looking at how to develop the professional skills – how to build healthy skepticism, how to build strong arguments, how to communicate in an appropriate tone or gather information from a variety of sources in the case study. It is by far the most interesting change to the ACCA syllabus in years!
