If the order is cancelled/transferred at least 4 weeks prior to the course, we will refund the full amount except that you will be charged for the study materials and the electronic classroom (at their list price)
If the order is cancelled/transferred in the period within 2-4 weeks prior to the course, we will refund 50% of the fee.
If the order is cancelled/transferred less than 2 weeks prior to the course, no refund will be given.
Cancellation/transfer of an online classroom provided by BPP is driven by their terms and conditions.
If you require a visa to enter Czech Republic, it is your full responsibility to obtain one before you confirm your booking.
Switching formats (relevant only to Hybrid courses)
On bookings, students choose whether to attend the class in person or on Zoom. This is considered as binding and changes will be accepted on an exceptional basis only. Changes cannot be accepted less than two weeks prior to the course start date and never during the course. Any change is always subject to availability of capacity in the classroom and tutors will not be able to send Zoom access links on-demand during the course.
